Responsibilities

• Preparing the work area.
• Setting up forms and ensuring they are aligned to the correct depth and pitch.
• Pouring concrete.
• Spreading and distributing freshly poured concrete evenly across the formwork.
• Smoothing and leveling using hand tools and power trowels.
• Cutting expansion joints with a power saw.
• Inspecting the concrete for imperfections and ensuring it meets project specifications.
• Applying hardening and sealing compounds.
• Maintaining safety on the job site.
