Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a qualified Supervisor to lead formwork crews in constructing concrete structures in Houston. You will interpret plans, direct workers, and ensure forms are checked and installed to spec.

Responsibilities include coordinating with team, using power tools, and maintaining safety standards in all weather conditions. Prior construction experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction preferred.
• Ability to read basic construction plans.
• Safety-conscious with outdoor work.

Responsabilités

• Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
• Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
