Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Supervisor: Foreman to lead concrete formwork on heavy civil projects in the United States. You will read plans, set forms, coordinate with survey crews, and ensure grade and alignment.

The role requires three+ years of construction experience, ability to communicate in English, and adherence to safety policies. High School Diploma or GED is preferred; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand plans to set forms to line and level.
• Work with survey crew to set lines for paving, curb, and gutter.
• Construct and install forms for concrete structures and paving.
• Inspect forms during concrete placement and stripping after pour.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
