Job summary

gpac is seeking an Estimator for a notable construction client in Fort Worth, TX. This role targets candidates with solid experience in commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of estimator experience and a track record of handling projects up to $50M, using construction management software, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets.
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A primary focus on delivering the best customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs.
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed.
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously.
