Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a seasoned Construction Estimator to join our team in California on a permanent basis. The role focuses on preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects, including federal and state contracts, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and educational facilities.

The successful candidate will analyze blueprints and specs, develop labor and material estimates, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction estimator.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, or government construction projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation and industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with computer software estimating programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
• Professional certification in construction estimation is a plus.

• Establish and maintain tendering process, and conduct negotiations.
