Job summary

Redi Services, LLC in Carlin, Nevada is seeking an Equipment Operator with concrete experience to support our concrete and civil construction projects. This role involves operating heavy equipment to assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and concrete placement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience on excavators, skid steers, loaders or backhoes.
• Experience on concrete projects (foundations, slabs, footings, utilities) preferred.
• Ability to read site plans, grade stakes, and layouts.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Outdoor, physically demanding conditions with variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes safely and efficiently.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling for concrete projects.
• Assist with site prep for foundations, slabs, footings, and flatwork.
• Support concrete crews during forming, pouring, and placement operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust equipment operation to maintain grade and alignment.
• Load, move, and place materials safely across the job site.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized job site conditions.
