Tricon-Industrial Construction in Platteville, Colorado is seeking an Equipment Operator with concrete experience to support our concrete and civil construction projects. You will operate heavy equipment, assist with site prep, grading, and concrete placement, and help ensure quality and efficiency on the job site.

The role requires 2+ years of heavy equipment operation and concrete project exposure. OSHA safety adherence, proper documentation, and teamwork are essential for success on

Qualificações

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Experience on concrete projects (foundations, slabs, footings, utilities) preferred.
• Ability to read site plans, grade stakes, and layouts.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes safely.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling for concrete projects.
• Assist with site prep for foundations, slabs, footings, and flatwork.
• Support concrete crews during forming, pouring, and placement operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust equipment operation to maintain grade and alignment.
• Load, move, and place materials safely across the job site.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized job site conditions.
