Job summary

Redi Services, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator with concrete experience in Platteville, Colorado. You will operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes to support site preparation and concrete placement, while ensuring safety and quality on the job.

The role requires reading blueprints and grade stakes, performing equipment inspections, and coordinating with concrete crews to maintain production timelines. This is a full-time, outdoor role with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience on excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.
• Experience working on concrete projects (foundations, slabs, footings, utilities) preferred.
• Ability to read site plans, grade stakes, and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes safely and efficiently
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling for concrete projects
• Assist with site prep for foundations, slabs, footings, and flatwork
• Support concrete crews during forming, pouring, and placement operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
• Monitor and adjust equipment operation to maintain grade and alignment
• Load, move, and place materials safely across the job site
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
• Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
