Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in construction with 8+ years in operational leadership.
• Proven concrete experience: shoring, forming, pouring, columns, deck work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the business unit and align with strategic objectives.
• Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage procurement, budgets, risk, and safety compliance.
