Qualifications

• One year of telephone service or order taking experience required.
• Concrete and Aggregate product training and dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls to take or alter customer orders.
• Ensure customer understands company policies regarding orders.
• Verify and obtain method of payment for each order.
• Complete understanding of dispatch system and processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DNR regulations.
