Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Frame Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and oversight of concrete frame projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and safety while supervising project teams and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a engineering background and at least five years in commercial concrete frame construction, plus strong communication and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in commercial concrete shell construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning and execution of concrete frame projects.
• Collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and major material suppliers.
• Manages project quality, schedule, and budget.
• Supervises a team including Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinator, Quality Control, and Site Safety.
• Ensures compliance with all company risk management expectations for subs and suppliers; tracks and forecasts project cost and manages all expenses to budget.
• Manages project productivity, costs, and safety compliance to align with company policies.
• Collaborates with local teams on projects to deliver total concrete solutions.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Oversees safety issues on the project and prepares quantity surveys and formwork estimates.
