Three Stone is actively seeking a results-driven sales representative for our concrete coatings division in Nashville. You will engage with warm leads daily, present coating options, and close sales at our Home Depot booth locations to build a strong local customer base.

You’ll manage projects from measurement to estimate and final sale, follow up diligently, and coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth handoff and stellar customer experience.

Formación

• A driven, confident salesperson with strong communication and closing skills.
• Excellent organization and dependable follow-through.
• Previous sales experience in home improvement, flooring, coatings, or construction preferred.

Concrete Coatings Sales Representative (Base salary plus commission)

Three Stone | Company-Provided Warm Leads

Three Stone is growing, and we’re hiring a motivated sales representative for our concrete coatings division. This role has major growth opportunity within the organization. You’ll work multiple warm leads each day, meet with interested customers, and represent Three Stone at our booths inside Home Depot stores to generate additional opportunities.

Three Stone is one of only two certified Penntek dealers in Tennessee.

We offer polyurea and polyaspartic floor coatings for garages, basements, patios, and commercial spaces.
