Job summary

Checkmate Coatings Knoxville OPCO LLC is seeking an in-home sales professional to educate homeowners on our garage, patio, pool deck, and commercial coating solutions. You will inspect projects, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the buying process with a customer-first approach.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement, with commissions and bonuses tied to performance. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate customers.
• Sales experience preferred, especially in-home/outbound selling.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation and accountability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
• Comfortable using an iPad and CRM software for proposals and follow-ups.

Responsibilities
