Checkmate Coatings is seeking a dynamic in-home sales representative in Florida to inspect projects, educate homeowners on our installation process, and prepare proposals. You will guide customers through the buying journey for garage, patio, pool deck, or commercial projects, leveraging qualified appointments and a premium brand reputation.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement within a family-oriented company culture.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (in-home sales is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using an iPad and CRM software.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
