Concrete Civil - Construction Support Manager

We are seeking a Concrete Civil - Construction Support Manager to join our team. This position is 50% remote and 50% on-site, with a preference for candidates with union or union management experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of concrete resources, supporting project execution, and managing civil construction activities across national projects. Key duties include developing SOPs, monitoring project performance, leading civil teams, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on concrete experience
• At least 5 years of progressive management experience as a superintendent or higher in industrial power projects
• Experience with GPS machine control is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide concrete support for national construction projects
• Develop and implement construction SOPs to optimize cost and duration
• Monitor and report on civil project performance
• Lead and coordinate civil teams and resources
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
• Support site superintendents with planning and scheduling
• Travel as needed to project sites
