Job summary

E-Z Mix, Inc. in Southern California is seeking a Production Operator to oversee concrete block and paver production. You will monitor machinery, ensure dimensions meet specs, install molds, and maintain safety standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with Columbia/Besser/Omag/Tiger equipment, and basic maintenance skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma or trade school training required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing/machinery operator experience
• Concrete unit production experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Ensure concrete block units meet dimensions and specs
• Install required molds
• Enforce safety policies on production floor
• Troubleshoot machinery and identify maintenance needs
• Implement immediate onsite corrections to meet daily output and cycle times
• Complete daily production reports
• Maintain safe, clean operator area
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out and safety policies
