Job summary

Pacific Coast Building Products, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Plant Operator to support production of block molding. You will operate and adjust block machines, oversee mold and height changes, and help ensure quality and safety across the line.

You will train and guide a team of operators, forklift drivers, and laborers, maintain accurate daily machine reports, and uphold the company’s safety standards in a loud, industrial plant environment. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training is required to perform duties.
• Manufacturing production machinery experience required, including block machine, cuber, loader, unloader, kiln systems.
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of block machine mechanics, functions, and performance indicators.
• Lead mold changes, height changes, color changes, and machine adjustments.
• Perform visual and physical product quality inspections and ensure machines run safely.
