Job summary

TCC Group Companies is seeking a production operator to join its manufacturing team. You will operate mixing systems, packaging, and block production equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing changeovers, maintaining molds, and assisting with maintenance and inventory. A high school diploma and English proficiency are required, with forklift training a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; team-based environment.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing setting with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing systems, packaging equipment, and block production equipment.
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, align tooling and molds, and adjust equipment per schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and request parts for repairs as needed.
• Assist in inventory reviews and material ordering.
• Measure and record weights and ensure product quality; identify and fix defects.
• Read production schedules and work orders to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production records and tickets; follow PPE and safety policies.
