Qualifications

• Basic concrete knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate the concrete batching process to ensure correct aggregate proportions and cement ratios.
• Follow procedures to correct deficiencies in plant operation.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure product specifications.
• Meet established performance indicators.
• Support ongoing maintenance and inspections of plant equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations and requirements.
• Communicate with supervisor to resolve problems and improve performance.
• Promote safety within the assigned territory.
