Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is hiring a Batch Plant Operator to control the concrete production process using computer batching software. You will verify admixtures, adjust weights, and ensure safety and quality to meet customer specifications.

Required is a high school diploma or GED, with prior batch plant experience and knowledge of mix designs. Must be able to maintain logs, operate equipment safely, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or GED required.
• Previous batch plant operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mix designs and plant safety regulations is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Verify admixtures, dosages, and batch specifications.
• Adjust batching weights to meet specs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA/MSHA rules.
• Follow foreperson directions and daily task expectations.
• Keep accurate records and logs.
