Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to control the process of producing concrete using computer batching software. You will verify admixtures, adjust weights, and ensure products meet specifications while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include following Foreperson directions, recorded logs, and working overtime when necessary. This role requires basic education and may involve travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or general education degree (GED) required.
• Previous related experience as a Batch Plant Operator; knowledge of mix designs, components desirable.

Responsibilities

• Verify admixtures and ensure concrete batching meets specs.
• Adjust batching weights to maintain specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA/MSHA.
• Follow supervisor directions for daily tasks.
• Display professional conduct with colleagues and public.
• Maintain attendance and work overtime when required.
