Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an entry-level concrete laborer to learn and support basic concrete tasks under close supervision at projects in Arkansas. You will assist with form setup, placement, and finishing while gaining hands-on experience in safe work practices and concrete techniques.

Under supervision, you will help maintain clean work areas, support finishing and curing operations, and follow DPR safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of concrete construction or related trade experience.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 10 must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists in form setup, placement, and finishing of concrete under direct supervision.
• Prepares and maintains clean, organized work areas and tools.
• Supports crew in basic concrete finishing and curing operations.
• Follows safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Participates in training and on‑the‑job learning to develop skills.
• Communicates effectively with crew members and responds to direction promptly.
• Performs cleanup and assists with material handling as directed.
