DPR Construction in Louisiana is seeking a construction teammate who learns and performs basic concrete tasks under close supervision. You will assist with form setup, placement, and finishing while gaining hands-on experience in safe work practices.

You'll support the crew with finishing, curing, and material handling, follow DPR safety procedures, and participate in on-the-job learning to grow your skills and contribute to project success at every stage.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in concrete construction or related trade preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assists in form setup, placement, and finishing of concrete under direct supervision.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and tools.
• Supports crew in basic concrete finishing and curing operations.
• Follows safety procedures and uses protective equipment.
