Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center seeks a Concourse Experience Manager to lead the concourse operations, bowling lanes, bar and service teams in a fast-paced, high-volume venue in Rock Hill, SC. You will drive guest satisfaction, meet sales goals, and coach team members to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Weekend/holiday availability is required. This role reports to the General Manager with growth opportunities in our Southeast

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a FUN atmosphere across concourse operations.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Oversee cleaning and upkeep of the location.
• Ensure compliance and training validation.
• Manage floor operations for bowling, bar and lanes.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.
This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of management experience
