Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager for its Myrtle Beach location. The role oversees concourse operations, drives guest satisfaction, and leads a high-volume entertainment center with bowling, food & beverage, and related services.

The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of management experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support peak times and events.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a preferred.
• Must able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a “FUN” atmosphere.
• Overall Floor Management (bowling, bar and lane service).
• Identify & Resolve Issues Impacting Guest Experience.
• Training and supervising team members.
• Report product/service issues and ensure quality control.

Concourse Experience Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.
