Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead 3 operations: food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. You will assist the GM/AGM with staffing, training, and guest experience while driving exceptional service and operational excellence.

This role requires 1-2 years of management experience and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.

Our Operations Manager needs to be a responsible individual who can lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations over our 3 businesses; food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the GM and AGM in staffing and training team members, overseeing operations and guest experience including all areas of service, while ensuring that we deliver an exceptional product.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
