Monarch Communities in Brandywine Kennett Square is seeking a part-time Concierge (4p-8p) to greet residents, families, and visitors, answer phones, and support the hospitality experience.

You will provide information, assist with inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming front desk, with on-the-job training and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
