Job summary

EHE Health, a leading preventive healthcare provider, seeks a Membership Sales Specialist to convert inquiries into memberships. You will educate prospects on preventive services, communicate pricing, and deliver a concierge-level experience reflecting the EHE brand.

The role requires 3+ years of consultative sales in healthcare or luxury services, excellent communication, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Base salary ranges with commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in healthcare, concierge medicine, wellness or membership-based businesses.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with diverse audiences.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from prospective members generated through marketing, PR and digital campaigns.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, motivations and health goals.
• Educate prospective members on EHE Membership’s preventive services and benefits.
• Clearly communicate pricing, services, booking processes and available options.
• Effectively address objections and concerns while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Consistently convert qualified prospects into enrolled members.
• Follow up with interested prospects to drive enrollment decisions.
• Deliver a concierge-level experience reflective of EHE’s premium brand.
• Support ongoing refinement of sales messaging and enrollment processes.
