Job summary

FirstService Residential in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Valet Associate to deliver exceptional customer service to residents, tenants and guests. You will greet residents, assist with in/out of vehicles, and park cars using the garage car elevators.

This position offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits; candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years of customer service experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and open the doors for residents.
• Park owner, guest and associate cars using garage elevators.
• Respond to requests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist homeowners in and out of vehicles and with valet requests.
• Communicate with concierge about resident information.
• Provide directions to local amenities and services.
• Call taxi or limo service as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance per policy.
• Assist with packages and snow/ice tasks.
• Report maintenance or cleaning needs to management.
