The Study at University City is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Part-Time Valet Attendant to provide a welcoming first impression and exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will safely park and retrieve vehicles while delivering a warm, professional guest experience.

Flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hotel emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Open doors and provide a welcoming first impression of the hotel.
• Maintain organized and accurate vehicle ticketing and key control.
• Monitor parking areas for safety, security, and proper vehicle handling.
• Report any incidents, damages, or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of valet activity and transactions.
• Escort guests to guest rooms when needed and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
• Assist with guest requests, including deliveries and room changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized valet and entrance area.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
