Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Concierge at Strabane Trails Village in Washington, PA. This part-time, weekend position (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) offers hourly pay between $15.00 and $18.00, depending on experience, within a supportive retirement living community.

The concierge greets visitors, answers questions, relays messages, and directs inquiries to the right department. The role requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a customer-facing position preferred.
• Long-term care or health experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and work well under deadlines.
• Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and multitask for several individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, residents, and team members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and telephone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer questions; refer inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Receive and relay telephone messages; route callers to the correct location for service.
• Ensure visitors and residents receive prompt, excellent customer service.

Concierge - Strabane Trails Village

Washington, PA - Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM every Saturday and Sunday

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour - $18.00/hour; Depending on experience

Strabane Trails Village is a dynamic retirement living community that shares a campus with Strabane Woods assisted living community in Washington, PA. As part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, the three-story retirement community brings our residents affordable and worry-free living in beautiful, private surroundings, close to the growing Racetrack Road retail district.

The Concierge works as part of the administrative staff to greet visitors, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the appropriate person or department to ensure that visitors and residents are promptly served. The role will also receive and relay telephone messages and refer callers to the correct location to ensure each caller has an excellent customer service experience. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, disciplined, reliable and able to function independently while dealing with residents, visitors and other team members in a calm, professional manner.
