Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a part-time Concierge at Sherwood Oaks in Cranberry Township, PA. The role includes greeting visitors, answering questions, and routing inquiries to the right department.

Hours are 4 days per week, 28 hours, with a mix of daytime and occasional evening shifts. The position offers benefits and real‑time access to earned wages, with starting pay between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a customer-facing position preferred.
• Long‑term care or health experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, residents, and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and operation of multi-line telephones.

Cranberry Township, PA – Part‑time 4 days a week; 28 hours/week; Hourly, Non‑exempt; Primarily daylight hours from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM with occasional evening hours of 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM to cover vacation; rotating weekends and holidays

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour – $18.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Concierge works as part of the administrative staff to greet visitors, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the appropriate person or department to ensure that visitors and residents are promptly served. The role will also receive and relay telephone messages and refer callers to the correct location to ensure each caller has an excellent customer service experience. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, disciplined, reliable and able to function independently while dealing with residents, visitors and other team members in a calm, professional manner.
