East West Hospitality's Solaris Residences in Vail Village is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Technician I to keep building systems running smoothly and ensure guest and owner satisfaction.

You will perform preventative maintenance on boilers, pools, and fire systems, repair and coordinate with contractors, and document work in records. The role offers a 4-day work week, onsite parking, and employee benefits, with a $27/hour starting rate and a $1,000 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, trade school education, or equivalent
• Basic computer and math skills
• Experience using hand tools
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees
• Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems
• Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projects
• Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records

Pay Rate

$27/hour +, DOE. $1,000 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days of employment.
