As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus heavily on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

What’s in it for you:

Schedule: Full-Time, Thursday to Friday, 3rd Shift (12 a.m. to 8 a.m.), and Saturday to Sunday, 3rd Shift (12 a.m. to 12 p.m.)

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them
• Managing access control
• Conducting patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting issues
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating emergency responses
• Answering questions in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a comprehensive screening process
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
