Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service skills and ability to engage with visitors
• Proficient with basic phone and computer operations
• CPR/AED certification is preferred or required
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors; verify identity and access
• Control access points and monitor entrances
• Conduct regular patrols; identify risks and report issues
• Inspect security equipment and coordinate maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents; provide first aid and contact emergency services
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property on site
