Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Wilmington, NC to welcome visitors, verify identities, and manage access control on site.

Responsibilities include patrols, reporting security issues, and coordinating with emergency teams to ensure safety. Must have a PPSB license, CPR/First Aid & AED, and at least 1 year of security experience; U.S. work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must have CPR First Aid & AED or be willing to obtain.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass extensive screening.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity, and direct visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
