GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide customer-focused security in office towers, hotels and retail environments across the valley. You will greet visitors, verify identities, manage access control and patrol facilities to keep people and property safe.

We offer a competitive $22.00 hourly wage, flexible schedules, full benefits including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, and uniform provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Excellent customer service
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity at entry points
• Control access and monitor entrances
• Patrol facilities to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Protect people and property at all times
