Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience of 3+ years.
• DC Special Police Officer license or DC Security Officer license.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Must be able to complete a 40-hour basic training course.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
