Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills expected.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• State license if required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Manage access control and visitor flow.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks and report findings.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams as needed.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document interactions.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns to relevant teams.
• Ensure the safety and protection of people and property.
