Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Miami is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional guest service, greet visitors, verify identities, and guide guests across office towers, hotels and shopping centers.

You will patrol, control access, report incidents, and coordinate with emergency teams. A U.S. work authorization, Florida Class D license, and a clean driving record are required. The position is full-time with benefits and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Florida Class D license required
• Driving post – 21+ with valid license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity
• Manage access control
• Regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property
