Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Concierge Building Entrance Access Control in Newport Beach, CA. You will serve tenants and visitors, monitor entrances, and enforce site policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include patrolling the premises, responding calmly to incidents, coordinating with property management and emergency responders, and maintaining a professional presence at a premier office location.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner; document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and identify/report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and parking areas; assist with directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Communicate with property management and emergency responders per reporting procedures.
