GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role?

In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is key. Share how your natural engagement skills reassure and inspire confidence in others.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus heavily on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

What’s in it for you:

• Active NJ SORA License Required
• Site Location: Robbinsville, NJ
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM), Sunday (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM) (40 hours/week)
• Hourly wage of $17.50, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting and reporting on security equipment
• Responding to incidents and providing first aid
• Answering questions in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• NJ SORA License required
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
