Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Burlington, WI is hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador. You will provide welcoming, identity verification, access control, and guide visitors across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role emphasizes customer service, with swing shifts Fri & Sat 3pm-11pm and Sun & Mon 11pm-7am; full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and uniform provided. Previous security experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Extensive screening process suceeded.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting visitors; verify identity and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
