GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Quincy, IL is seeking a part-time Concierge Security Ambassador. The role emphasizes customer service, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding people across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will manage access control, perform patrols, inspect equipment, and respond to incidents, ensuring safety for individuals and property while working weekend shifts. DailyPay is available and uniform is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identity and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
