Mercy Ridge Inc. in Timonium, MD is seeking a Concierge to join our team. This PRN front desk role requires a helpful, energetic individual with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and professional communication.

The position is non-exempt and hourly, with opportunities to support residents and coordinate services while working mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of Front Desk experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Reliable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• greeting residents and visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
• receiving all incoming calls and ensure questions and concerns are directed to the appropriate person
• scheduling appointments for services as needed
• contacting emergency personnel/security
• keeping up to date on community events
• organizing and delivering packages
• operating AV equipment including a projector, DVD player, streaming devices and microphones
• provide administrative support and maintain the flow of the front desk operations

Mercy Ridge, an upscale retirement community in Timonium, Maryland is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and upbeat Concierge to join our team. Candidates should have at least two years’ experience working in a Front Desk position, have a genuine interest in working with the senior population, excellent communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, be reliable and possess a positive attitude.

Schedule:

Non-exempt, PRN (as-needed) with the flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
