The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong data entry and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners.
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files.
• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Move the homeowner's job through the process with RSRs and Sales teams.
• Resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress.
• Schedule technical measurements, installation dates, and reminder calls.
• Send post-install surveys and resolve post-install situations.
