Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our Des Plaines, IL team. You will act as the single point of contact for homeowners, coordinating measures, installations, and communications to ensure a seamless project experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Installation Project Managers, and leadership to resolve paperwork issues, schedule activities, and follow up with customers to secure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with homeowners and own their project file.
• Schedule measurements, installations, and reminders for homeowners.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to move jobs forward.
• Resolve paperwork issues, change orders, and on-hold jobs.
• Conduct post-installation calls and surveys to ensure satisfaction.

Office locations are in Des Plaines, IL and Lockport, IL.As a Concierge RSR, you'll deliver Signature Service by serving as the single point of contact for homeowners throughout their project.
