Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks installers to prepare job sites for window and door installations, ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout each project. You will collaborate with fellow installers, protect surfaces, and maintain tools and PPE to meet productivity goals.

The role includes warehouse support and occasional service calls, with emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and strong communication. Training and safety programs are provided to support career growth and safe performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Basic construction techniques.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and tear down jobsite, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assess hazards and address as needed.
• Collaborate with installers to maximize efficiencies.
• Assist in delivering homeowner satisfaction.
• Set up and tear down tarps and protections.
• Perform daily tool audits and maintain PPE use.
• Provide general warehouse support and inventory handling.
• Support minor service calls as needed.
