The role emphasizes problem resolution, system updates, and ongoing process improvements, with opportunities to train others and support sales fulfillment activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of work experience, including order processing.
• Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process complex orders/requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
• Update customer management system as needed.
• Clarify, diagnose, and resolve customer order issues.
• Create packets or materials for sales fulfillment.
• Prepare customer correspondence and communications.
• Identify and implement ways to improve overall service levels.
• Communicate order status to internal delivery partners; gather feedback.
• Administer programs (e.g., referral program).
• May train others in office and customer service processes.
• May create purchase orders, process payments or receipts.
