Job summary

Inspired Living in Sun City Center, FL is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide helpful information.
• Create a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby experience for everyone who enters our community.
• Assist residents with mail, packages, and other everyday requests.
• Support activities and encourage residents to participate and stay connected.
• Be a resource for prospective residents and families by answering questions and assisting with tours when needed.
• Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and marketing materials.
• Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with community leaders to create an exceptional experience.
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, and a 'how can I help?' attitude to everything you do.

You'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents, helping create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Sun City Center senior living community located in Sun City Center, FL.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Professional, friendly, dependable, and confident.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
